You can just hear the phone call from the agents after the photos had been taken - "Did you tidy up like we asked you?" Either that, or they did a runner with just their clothes.MWM3 said:
You should have seen it before they tidied up!MWM3 said:
Ex-rental where the tenants have done a runner I reckon. They haven't paid for the stuff so don't care about leaving it behind. I've had it done to me a couple of times.Oldred_V8S said:

Yea God, how do people live like this? It would require everything being ripped out and redecorated. This is beyond council - it's scum.

My company cleans Council/HA properties up after the tenants have moved (or been thrown) out. I have thousands of pictures that would make your jaw drop. This place is like a palace believe me.northwest monkey said:

Tenant has recently moved out one of our properties, just a 2 bed terraced with DSS young girl and her 2 kids. We inspected the house a few times within the first 12 months of her living there and the house was immaculate. However, 2 years later when she moves out, its a very different story. It was like she had cooked fried food in the house 15 times a day for 2 years without cleaning once. Its an open plan dining/kitchen and every single wall was dripping with grease. It was that bad that the room above the kitchen also had grease dripping down walls. Absolutely disgusting and she had the cheek to try and claim her deposit back!
I'm not sure whether being a landlord with a terraced is classed as council though? Landlords on PH all own mansions they rent out to the rich and famous don't they?

First up, Cannabis farms in peoples flats, we do a lot of this stuff:
Infestations. All the "stuff" you see here is bedbugs, this bloke had just moved out:
Junkies garden. Do loads of this sort of work, notice the bottles of piss, very common with drug users:
More to come...if you want them?
