Absolutely.
Pirating any media is council as f*ck.
BTW I have an Xbox under my 'Big Telly' in the front room.
Am I 'Council'?

DVDs arent council but pirated DVDs, with printed out covers that are as bad quality as the pixelated film itself are VERY council.

'The latest tech' in your 'home entertainment' is definitely Council, thus Bluray is far more council than DVD.
It implies you have a massive telly and even worse, that you spend a lot of time watching it.
No, that's not council, that's more geeky. I have a 'big' (50") TV and hefty surround sound system in our lounge. It makes me a huge geek (according to my other half), but not council. It implies you have a massive telly and even worse, that you spend a lot of time watching it.
The corner sofa probably does, though, but that's the price one must pay for comfort in his own living room, I suppose.
What do you do with your socket points?

Great shout on the DVDs. I'd say DVDs as a whole are now a bit council. Who still buys DVDs?
I concur DVD's are council but I've just bought S3 & S4 boxsets of Blake's 7 on DVD and I've ripped them to my NAS as an ISO, so I've body-swerved that council bullet. Buying seasons on DVD - Very council!
Latest tech is not council, provided it's paid for in full when you buy it and it's a respectable brand. No Technika or whatever Tescos own brand tv is called these days?
Sleeping bags - council

One redeeming factor, the telly is about the right size for the room. If he was council it wouldn't fit in the alcove.Dr Murdoch said:

I'll just burn the house down and start again.

Unfortunately for me, it is a conservatory. I will be knocking it down and building an orangery in its place.
No need - to convert your conservatory into an orangery you simply add these;- adds several £10k to the house value, too.
Council ones will have >40% misted units, loose gaskets - usually big black ones the dogs/children have been chewing - and a door that nearly closes when slammed, otherwise it's left open 24/7.
For added points the tumble down shed will also have an over sized uPvc window in it too. To keep the 'pet' warmer in winter.

I've always wondered how far you can take these. Do people have Strain / Pinch / Wipe in their toilet? She is utterly unaware of the Councilinity of it.
