Can't you simply dig a tunnel under the house?
Did the OP say the house is in fact a bungalow?

We need to see floorplans to establish exactly where the card is located, if it's in the vicinity of an external wall it's possible to go in that way to retrieve the card.

OP, are the external walls cavity or solid brickwork?

Put a bit of superglue on a fly and drop it onto the card. When the glue is dry point the fly out to your chameleon (bloody simple really don't know why the OP even needed to ask).

Tell your daughter it's now a time capsule that someone will discover and wonder at in 100 years time when the house gets demolished.

Get a needle and thread. Needle should be as heavy as possible. Thread the needle halfway along the thread (so you have the 2 ends in your hand). Wrap Sellotape around the needle sticky side out. Put needle down the gap until it rests on an edge of the card (not the centre). Gently pull up.

I expect the main problem will be not lifting the card, but lifting it vertically such that it goes through the gap.

Why not create your own new replacement card, I think there are a couple of advert cards which look the same from back? Just write the new scores on the front. And make the card super awesome.

What set of top trumps?

At the risk of derailing - or rather rerailing this thread hehe

dab of no nails on the end of a piece of spaghetti - adhere to top corner of card and pull out?

Though I often find the 'ballache' solution to be the one to go for from the outset to prevent longer headscratching and unsuccessful outcomes - so just pull the board up and grab the card...
Failing that - its Friday night FFS - get another set from Amazon for £3 and be done with it.
Or as others have said - make a 'fake' card using others as a template and that will do...

Pull the windscreen wiper off your car, disassemble to get the thin metal retaining piece off the blade.

This über thin, flexible and strong piece of metal will fit in the gap, be manouevrable and with the requisite sticky stuff, or a pair of them like chopsticks will almost certainly be perfect for egging on the chameleon towards the iguana. Or something.

Take a photo of the card through the gap and print it out. Assuming it's not face down smile
