I have a Gold Blue Peter badge, which I once tried to sell as an impoverished student.
This gained national notoriety via the DailyWail and eBay pulled the auction. I should probably thank them now, as I am rather happy that I still have it. I was very miffed at the time though!

I have been driving for 33 years and never had a speeding ticket
In that case I know another not-so-interesting fact about you Blib said:

Superb, you should film the hand over.
Makes me wonder how you find time to find and post pics in 'The camera can capture some fantastic moments IV'
I've filmed every part of the build so far. About two hours of raw footage. Here's a still taken from today's work where we fitted the doors. That one's not properly shut, BTW. Makes me wonder how you find time to find and post pics in 'The camera can capture some fantastic moments IV'
(Don't tell anyone about the 'camera' thread. It's taken me six years, but I've almost managed to drive everyone else away from it. Let's not advertise its existence.)
I'm off to Poland in summer to buy a 126 and drive it back. Really looking forward to it!
Won't be as cool as your 500 though.

Charity bike rides when I was a wee one (with my Dad for company). We raised money for Dove House Hospice in Hull, where my Grandma spent her last days.
When I was 7: Hull - Bradford in one day
When I was 8: Hull - Lands End in one week
When I was 9: Lands End - John O'Groats in 14 days (70 miles per day consecutively) this is what earned me the BP badge
When I was 10: N.E.S.W. points of the UK, sticking to coastal roads where possible. 2600 miles in 40 consecutive days.
So I had basically seen most of the UK by bicycle by the time I was 10. Had a great laugh, bonded with my dad and raised about £20k for charity over the period.
Guinness dont officially keep/print long distance cycling records by age, but the last time we checked with them (some time ago) I was still the youngest to have completed LE to JoG at 9yrs old according to their info.
That's pretty cool! How much were you going to get for the badge on eBay before it fell through? When I was 7: Hull - Bradford in one day

Excellent! What an adventure. Our car has a 126 engine. Originally, it came from Bulgaria. Though, I bought it nearer to home, in Bristol.I'm off to Poland in summer to buy a 126 and drive it back. Really looking forward to it!

I turned up on my first day at high school - they had no record of me and I wasn't on the register. Following a phone call from the deputy head to the local education dept it turned out I was expected at another school on the other side of town.
After several more calls the deputy head told me he would drive over to the other school or I could stay where I was. Quite a big decision at 11 years old, but I replied that I was 'here already' I might as well stay.
There you go.
