Had a double ileum resection (damaged part of small intestine cut out). While I was cut open they decided to remove appendix at the same time.

Only found out in 2013 during a yearly check-up. New consultant going through my medical notes mentioned it.
Been walking around for 12 years not knowing it had been removed.

I'm currently renovating this 1970 Fiat 500 for Mrs Blib's mumble-mumble birthday present this coming May. I bought the car last January and some friends and I have been working on it in total secrecy. Mrs B. has no idea whatsoever that the car exists. The car's been stripped down to a bare shell and rebuilt and painted in her favourite colour. Every part of the car has been either replaced or completely refurbished.
