Good evening ladies and gentlemen, we are tonights....... entertainment!

A clue as to what I am currently listening to (it's actually a movie, so I guess watching would be more appropriate).

Having my first drink in a wee while, it is the month of the wagon for me, clearly failed, but I'm doing my best. Currently having a bottle of Stella with my meal, nawt special I'm afraid, left over chilli con carne from yesterday, seems to taste even better the second time round!

Have a cracking weekend all! beer

Found a bottle of Rosé champagne in the wine rack. Still quite palatable, and since Mrs Pints doesn't drink, it's all mine.

Paired with Spongebob Squarepants, it makes an unusual combination.

Edit: At least Spongebob has Patrick.

The wagon is well and truly rolling! Orange juice for me, sat through in the conservatory doing some work for my HNC, my girlfriend has the TV on - I can't tell what it is but that's what I'm listening to, sadly!

Have a great weekend all!!

Earlier, in another thread far, far away, I predicted rioja and Etta James. Due to a gift of beer and an overlooked televisual event it was Peroni, Etta James and Eastenders.

JJ Cale and Tempranillo.

Am I going to have to go and read the label? Tempranillo is coming up as a spelling query. Mind you, so is "Cale."

I do love a bit of Innis&Gunn, a fine choice!

Sadly, the wagon rolls onwards here - it's probably for the best, I'm going to Prague in April (Easter weekend) so I'll make up for it then, so in the mean time I'm trying to keep the ale to a minimum.

I have a glass of OJ and lemonade on the go and I'm currently listening to Roots Rock Riot by a fantastic Welsh band called Skindred - they are playing The Tunnels in Aberdeen next Sunday night, I think I'll have to fall off of the wagon for that one!

One of my favourite beers, that lick

I have managed to pick up a bottle of scotch whisky porter from Tesco so that is chilling in the fridge for later smile
