Thanks for the hair loss dad.

Facial hair.

If you can....

I look about 15 when clean shaven.

Or just go after 18 year olds? hehe
This. A friend of ine got refused service in a pub aged about 22. He grew a beard and sorted the problem. He's now 44 and still has the beard though now it makes him look old when he wants to look young.

Plus beards are hip and trendy.

Yep, grow a beard, it will help. But you will look like a - double-edged sword.

It's all about the grooming.

Grow some facial hair but keep it neat and short. Get to a quality hairdresser and change your hairstyle.

Ask yourself if the clothes you wear would be worn by a teenager.

Go to Selfridges, get a personal shopper and spend a few grand kitting yourself our.
And grow a pair.

I feel your pain. At the age of 25, and married for 5 years, I was barred from two local pubs because they were convinced I was under 18. My birth certificate was deemed to belong to my brother according to them...

I know your pain. 24 going on 16.

I get ID'd all the time and I often have it commented that I look young, but in the grand scheme of things its no big deal. Just dont let it grind you down and carry yourself like a grown ass man.

Some women might think you are cute or babyfaced, but thats no obstacle to getting them butt nekkid, just makes it all the more exciting when you turn out to be filth wink

In fairness a birth certificate doesn't have a photo.

Did you not have a passport or driving licence?

Basically, I'm in my mid-30s but I look like I'm a teenager. (You're going to have to take my word for it because I'm not going to post a pic.) People generally tell me that I look like I'm around 17 or 18. The problem is I can't "smash the 17 and 18 year olds" because a) I'm not really attracted to girls who are that young and b) it probably would get me run out of town if I was f**king some guy's teenaged daughter. So throw that idea out.

When I approach girls in their mid-20s in real life, they think I'm some kid. It's not about "confidence level," it's literally that they see me and see a little kid. It would be like if some confident woman who was 28 came up to you but looked like she was 14. You're not going to f**k her because she looks like she's 14 (or at least I wouldn't). Online, women think I'm posting a "fake pic" or one that is from when I was a teenager. Any suggestions for solutions to this or has anyone else experienced this and gotten over it somehow? I can't just wait until I look older because I've looked pretty much the same since I was in college. Even my friends say so. (By the way, yes, I know it's a great "problem" to look young, but I'm just saying it stops me from getting into a relationship.
Suggestions?

Rock up in KITT, wear your leather jacket sleeves rolled up, and then take the prospective squeeze for a spin, culminating in you going in the back door...of the F.L.A.G. semi-trailer.

Job done.

I'm a bit weird with it. When I was 18 everyone thought I was about 30. Now everyone thinks I'm about 20 (I'm quite a bit older than that).
Similar here.

From 14-30 I looked at least 5-10 years older than I was, mostly 10 years older...

Now at 38 all the baby facers have started to look time worn and most can actually grow a beard for the first time.

And I'm starting to look younger than my years.

Happy days hehe

I am 25 and have been told I look a lot younger too. I get a lot of "Oh sorry!" if I am asked for ID, but I don't care really. Age is a number to me and not much else, but hanging onto youthful looks can only be a good thing!

Same here - If I am clean (razor) shaven, I will pass for 20-21 relatively easily - I used to do this regularly but found that I wasn't taken seriously in client meetings (and got a boat load of ingrown hairs all the time)

I now shave with a bear trimmer and leave a very close, but neat, beard - I still look young, but not 20 year old young.

I'm 39 in April.

Why do you have a bear trimmer? Are you a circus performer or zookeeper?

i've got the opposite problem.

I got served at 12, grey hair started at 17 and i achieved a 'full' head of grey hair by 21.

I was once in a group and we were chatting birds up and one of the girls commented to a mate about "your old mate" she was convinced i was in my 40's (i was 17 FFS - even seeing my driving license didn't pursuade her, bh!!!)

It's not too bad now, i'm 37 and look early 40's, so not too bad...

Change your profile picture to one of you holding a recent newspaper. Might look like a proof of life photo and that you've been kidnapped by ISIS but might get you some dates.
