Online, women think I'm posting a "fake pic" or one that is from when I was a teenager. Any suggestions for solutions to this or has anyone else experienced this and gotten over it somehow?
Change your profile picture to one of you holding a recent newspaper. Might look like a proof of life photo and that you've been kidnapped by ISIS but might get you some dates.
Or an acknowledgement that you look youthful

I've always been told I look young for my age, and I still got ID'd regularly up until I was 24.

A few years later I do find women my age are more interested in me than they use to be, as oppose to younger girls who thought they were the same age as me.

Use James May as a role model for style.

Grow your hair and wear loose knitwear with a pair of cords.

I feel your pain. At the age of 25, and married for 5 years, I was barred from two local pubs because they were convinced I was under 18. My birth certificate was deemed to belong to my brother according to them...
In fairness a birth certificate doesn't have a photo.

Did you not have a passport or driving licence?
No passport, and Driving Licences didn't have photos until years afterwards!

You can still go to malia and magaluf - make the most of it!

(Cue lots of Middle class people stating how they wouldn't go for all the money in the world and how they'd like to stay in with their dog and wife, pipe and slippers!)

I think it's in the eyebrows. Big bushy mono brow and you'll add years.

My 12 year old has suddenly become, tall, he also has the 'mono brow'. Christmas Eve in the pub he was being offered pints by some of my male friends. When I explained he was 12 they were quite bemused. Mono brow.

i've got the opposite problem.

...

It's not too bad now, i'm 37 and look early 40's, so not too bad...
Same here.

I've always like older than my years, but I've now started looking like a bloke who is lean and in good shape ...for his age. A result, of sorts...

ps. Quite a few people who always looked young have started looking a bit old, though.
