My osprey fell apart after about 18 months, my montblanc silk/leather affair fell apart after 2 years
Have bought an aspinall of london wallet to see how it wears, suede and leather feels lovely but I fear it is going to go "bald" and fall apart
I am not heavy handed just put it in the back pocket of my jeans and not too many cards or cash Maybe I have just been unlucky?

You get some cool velcro ones. The material allows you to have some great artwork (or your fave football team) on them too!
Haha! Reminds me of:http://youtu.be/HK5WXSz82F0
Sometimes fashion branded ones are not the longest lasting and before long look like an octogenarian's ball sac.
Bought a dark brown leather "Made in England" wallet 30yrs ago from Altrincham Market for less than a fiver and its still going strong. Bit rough around the edges but has a patina that can't be replaced. And yes it does get used - every day. As a modern match Ettinger probably comes closest in terms of quality
4yrs ago my wife bought me a Paul Smith 'nude lady' wallet. It's still in the box on my desk!

Wallets Wallets Wallets .........Bought a £200 Mont Blanc 2 weeks ago, lost it 3 days later.....
Wasn't mad keen on it anyway, got a Chopard today which is lovely.
Ive got a thing about wallets being far too big....The montblanc was far too big and clumsy, despite being smaller than standard.
Chopard is very neat, £20s just about fit in, £50s hang out slightly and £100s don't fit.
Perfect Wallet - Chopard 2 classico
