Why on some days are contrails really long and on other days almost nothing... seems to have not a lot to do with the weather on the ground either.
It depends which chemicals the illuminati are spraying us with.MissChief said:

It depends which chemicals the illuminati are spraying us with.We get a lot of east / west traffic and my house looks east / west so I often sit in the back garden watching them come into view as they cross the Irish sea (sad I know) and sometimes the trails are all the way from coast to coast. Today for example they must have been less than a mile or two. Yesterday they were quite long.

Do practising Nazis still exist? Is it still possible to be a Nazi or is it verboten?
I was working with a couple of Ukrainian freelancers a couple of years ago. We communicated via Skype. As soon as things kicked off over there, one of them changed their Skype profile picture to a swastika.
This was a 30+, educated software developer who I had been in contact with for a year. He always seemed normal and reasonable. It's not reported over here how many Nazis & Nazi sympathisers there are in Ukraine, but there were enough to start a war. If you look at photos of the war-dead, you will see many swastika tattoos which would normally be hidden by clothing.
Once it kicked off I think others realised they're not alone and they came out of the woodwork like this developer.
And some people here are still in doubt over which side to back .

When a car receives a mid production life facelift was the facelift on the drawing board from day one of the car design and just introduced to boost mid life sales? Or is it developed after the release of the original pre facelift and worked upon until the facelift time is due? BMW for example are 'great' at this. We've seen each generation of the 3 series right back to the E46 get released with standard rear lights then the facelift or LCI as they call it comes along with LED lights.
The facelifts are generally designed after the design of the original car is complete.Depending on lifecycle of the vehicle/manufacturer, the facelift design will be well underway at the time the original car is launched on sale (which itself will likely have been designed 2-3 years prior).

E30 and E36 also had facelifts, as did the E60, E39, E38 (twice) and probably many more. Some planning likely.
E38 BMW:This was the facelift I was aware of:
(underside of lights scolloped into bumper)
What was the other one?

Why is it that nose hair is much thicker and stronger than head hair ?
Because it's designed to stop foreign objects entering the nose rather than keeping your head warm.Edited by Collectingbrass on Saturday 30th January 13:30

Now and then I see very small children wearing glasses, how do the people that know these things know they need glasses and how do they know what prescription to give them?
There's a machine that shines light from a "virtual" image at varying distances into the eye, sees if it focusses on the retina, and adjusts if necessary. When I go for a checkup an assistant normally does this to get a rough prescription before the optician does the full suite of tests.Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
