Chaps, I'm going to stick-up for women kind....I haven't read the article but this is a hair (on your head) thing...takes ages to dry it when wet as on average they have more hair than men.

Not showering after the gym would be insane. Even if I don't go to the gym I will still shower before I go out in the evening after a day at work.

Jump out of bed, jump into the shower. Jump out of the shower, jump into bed. Shower inbetween these if I do anything that might make me dirty/stinky. And if I happen to be going out anywhere. But NO BLOODY SHOWER JELS. I don't need to degrease my skin. Pure soap works fine.
