This picture was doing the rounds at lunch time today. Most people (including me) said it was blue and black and a couple said white and gold. This was viewed on an iPhone. Now I'm reading this thread on my computer I'm seeing white and gold! AAARRRGGGHHHH!
Tell me about it! Found this thread earlier in the morning, saw white and gold and thought fair enough, let's move on. Having just seen the picture again elsewhere on the internet, it now appears blue and black.. Edited by Cylinder 8 on Friday 27th February 15:14
Interesting, I saw the pic on facebook last night, it was black and blue, and everyone said white and gold.
On the first page of this thread, it's appearing as white and gold.
I was expecting it to be one of those clever images that changes when it is reduced to a thumbnail.
It's funny to watch people getting heated up about it though!

Has the OP been edited? It was white and gold this morning now it's blue and black?
It's all over the internet, and is even being mentioned on the national news. I don't think the OP of this thread has that kind of clout. I haven't even been drinking yet

Top one: light cornflower blue and a drab but light brown Bottom one: white with bronze (more than gold) bits.
Anyone who thinks they look the same needs new eyes.
Anyone who thinks the top one is a white dress would be well advised to hold a piece of white paper up to the screen.
Anyone who thinks the dress in the OP is any different to the top one needs new eyes.
[This was doing the rounds at lunchtime here. Three of us had the image on screen in front of us. Two said blue/brown and one said white gold. He took a bit of abuse for that. Then we got some more people. All of them said blue/brown. One toddled off and got her phone, and pulled it up on that. "It's white and gold here" she said. We all looked - it was blue/brown, just like the one on screen. She had two images in front of her and thought they were different, we all thought exactly the same two images were the same. V odd.]

Just switched my bedroom light on and now the dress is a much lighter shade of blue, than when I looked at the OP earlier...
Don't talk nonsense. Haven't you realised that this whole thread is dedicated to the insurmountably scientific fact that you can't change colour by changing the lighting ? Gassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
