A distrust of own self ? Does that qualify as irrational?

You're right to distrust us. Hell, even the Greeks don't trust Dutchies.
Had a Nigerian guy explain that they totally mistrusted the Brits, whilst totally trusting the Cloggies!

Well, they should know, after all!

In your case yes. But it's not just you, no one here trusts you either.

I don't think it's so much distrust of short men, I just think generally they are usually git's. I'm glad I'm 6ft.
Not really a man if under 6', like a sub-species really.

Car park entrances to B&Q and other such like. You just know that when you see a jazz. With a Doris and George in it, that they will pull out to turn right just as you're get close enough to see the squint in their myopic eyes.

I deal with salesmen on a daily basis and have a deep distrust of the cockney and Liverpudlian ones.

Always feel like they are trying to con me from the get go.

Anyone who introduces him or herself using title and surname.
I wouldnt say that was an irrational distrust; when men do this it always comes across as a superiority thing, they tend to emphasise the Mr., I just find it kind of arrogant but also insecure, however older men of a certain generation who do it don't wind me up as that is how they were brought up and invariably they will address me the same way when they know my full name.

Women varery rarely address themselves using their title and surname.
I'm with Eleven. It gets my back up when people call themselves Mr. Complete tts, and definitely not to be trusted. I find older people never do it, it's youngsters. Probably because no one bothered to teach them how to introduce yourself at school.

If I'm asked for my name I will either just give my surname or my first name and surname, depending on the setting. If they choose to call me Mr after that point then that's up to them.
I have a friend who does this. I've told him repeatedly that it makes him seem like a tt but he doesn't believe me.

He also dresses overly formally for everything, has a double-barrelled first name and has siblings with council names. He probably fits other criteria in this thread too.

People who dislike dogs!

I know its random and lots of people who have a dog phobia have perfectly good reasons but I really struggle to trust people who don't like dogs.

Dog mentalists.

I love dogs, but people who anthropomorphisise animals, and who live in what has become a dog kennel, need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Men who wear bow ties when not at a formal dinner.
I was in Bath the other day and saw somebody who was about 17 wearing a bow tie and a jacket. I instantly thought "".

Also, I irrationally distrust hipsters, and older men with orange tinted large glasses. Most likely a paedo. Serial paedo if their hair is greasy.
