Considering the first line of the article mentions there's too many men in M15 and MI6, I can't see why they'd come looking here.

A friend works for the National Health. There was a sector in the organisation that was 'under represented' by females, so a recruitment drive was launched tasked with targeting women and bringing them in to this sector.

It was so successful that now 80% of people in that sector are female.

Which invited the obvious question at a recent meeting, which was since males are now under represented, was a similar recruitment drive going to be embarked upon?

The answer was that the organisation was committed to equal rights and took its responsibilities extremely seriously.

When quizzed as to exactly what practical steps were being taken the answer was...

None.

... Although even the salaries for the senior roles are a bit poor imo.

If is public sector so they tend to start you fairly low but with guaranteed increments in pay for a few years until you hit the top of the pay banding.

I do know that SIS pay particularly badly though, so tend to lose experienced people to the MPS.
