If you could change one thing about your partner?
Discussion
Excluding physical attributes (i.e. to have bigger tits etc. ) what's the one thing you would like to change about your partner? Say you could have them hypnotised to change their thinking about this particular thing?
For me it would be her fussiness when it comes to food. She won't eat fish, shellfish, offal, game, mushrooms, in fact most stuff out of the ordinary & all the stuff I love.
I love her and in reality wouldn't change anything but I'm currently looking for a nice restaurant to take her for her 40th Birthday, looking at some Michelin star type establishments. Can always rule out the tasting menus which I'd love to try as there is always at least a fish component and something else she won't like / try. Even the A-La-Carte options can be tricky. I love my food and want to try all these places but it wouldn't be any good taking her along. I need a dining partner
Our differing tastes in music is a close second but I can live with that.
So what's your choice or have you all got perfect partners?

I'd like her to stop putting my knives in with the general washing up.
You're not alone on that one either. Most stuff goes in the dishwasher but when I'm confronted with a sink full of water and bubbles normally full with the kids plastic beakers, plates etc. I dive in to do it only to find a few of my Global knives at the bottom. Fair enough the knives aren't supposed to go in the dishwasher but leave them on the side.- It damages them
- It damages the things they hit
- They are very very sharp, and reaching below the bubbles is now very scary.
That and she fills the sink with stuff "to soak" which would be okay if she came back to it 15 minutes later and actually washed it up but usually hours later your left with a sink full of cold dirty water and a load of stuff that is probably no cleaner than when it was put in there in the first place, in fact some of it is now probably more dirty, so you have to start again.
Mrs Don removes items from dishwasher because it has finished cleaning them.
The she leaves them on the countertop for me to put away. Sometimes I leave them for days. Sometimes I just put them back in the dishwasher because they've got dirty from being left out on the countertop.
She does this "because it's difficult for me to put them away". Less difficult for me, then, obviously? In fairness we stack things in our cupboards so sometimes items need to be lifted and, being a shorty, she can't reach the top shelf. It's still a pain in the arse and if I could get that changed I would...

Well if I am honest not a lot, however, she insists on attaching hair extensions whenever we go out. It's not like they are that long to make a difference and when I ask her why she wears it she says "So I can tie my hair up"
Still. It's a very small thing and I guess I should expect it when there is a 25 year age gap between us. LOL!

Her IRQ settings. If I ask her a questions I generally have to wait until she's finished whatever she's thinking about before she replies, by which time I've often given up waiting and wandered off. This occasionally causes upset such as when I ask if she wants a cuppa and by the time she answers I'm already in the kitchen putting the kettle on and don't hear her reply

Hence they swell and split.

That would be amusing if I had not already pointed out that "she" was 25 years younger.
Selective quoting eh.
