I'm 40 and almost skint so I'd happily be 30 and skint!

I used to be 30 and skint and it was great, in fact from 18-35 I had no savings at all, lived in rented, had a great life in several cities around the world and owned a succession of fast cars on credit all of which lost £££ in depreciation

Im now nearer 60 than 30 and when I get there will have had a few years of being mortgage free so will be comfortable but not loaded however with grown up kids how much cash do you need?

So easy for me, the memories of being single and 30 are hard to erase thumbup

I'm 24. I'm confused as to what PH demands I do. Am i supposed to dump my gf and spend my money doing coke out off of hooker's arses? Or saving up for a house and working towards a directorship before I'm 35?

30 and skint. Time is priceless.
This, I'm amazed by some of the responses here.

Although I dread being as old as 30, and something would've had to have gone quite spectacularly wrong with my life to find myself truly skint by then smile

I'm 50 next year, and skint, so caught somewhere in the middle.

You do not have enough experience of life to make the decision.

I'm 52 now, much more content with life, more free money, more time to enjoy it, still fit and very active.... whats not to like smile

30 and skint. Money is easy enough to make if one really wants to put in the time and effort. Life on the other hand...
Life is pretty easy to make if you don't take precautions.
