Also, flicking through an Autotrader mag- just not the same scrolling through on a screen.
Yes, good call.

Also I used to enjoy Exchange and Mart.

Bought many a car from there and used to enjoy reading the ads, putting a ring around certain ones and making the call.

Happy days.

You haven't met my hounds then!

(It's down to bone being in their food - modern dog food doesn't have it, but the doggies digestion needs it).

Driving.

It's been about seven months now, and I feel like I've lost a limb.

I really miss:-

1997-1999 - own house, loads of friends, pubs and clubs in easy walking distance. Biggest stress in life was getting to uni for 10am on a Monday. Most of all, all those days off and holidays. No rose tinting here - it was a good as it sounds!

I am sure it took me 6 months in the real world to stop looking like a bunny in the headlights!

I miss.......classic Formula 1!!!! The speed, the spirit, the noise and the crashes! Modern day F1 is still great but has no spirit. Am I the only one who agrees?

Also Top Gear!

Ditto.

I also miss the days when people actually used their indicators. I very nearly followed someone home the other evening who actually did use them & thank them for doing so. I didn't, as that would have been a bit odd hehe

Mysteriously unreeled cassette tape, wrapped round lamp posts that seemed to stretch the entire length of road you were on, twisting lazily in the breeze like some ferric oxide promise of a brighter tomorrow.

I did see a miff-mag in some bushes the other day, probably the first one I've seen in twenty years.
