I have got the Missus with a few crackers over the years. Best one was when we lived abroad and she asked me to go to pick up some test results from her Doctor's city office. After I had collected them I rang her up and asked her if she was sure she had seen the right person because all the certificates on his wall were for qualifications in veterinary medicine. I kept her going for a couple of minutes until I couldn't keep the laughter back.

Didn't bother this year.

I sent my Mother a text message saying that I was on a radio competition and would win £1000 cash if she texted the word "sausages" to 15 people on her phone. Not only did she do it but she told everyone at her work about it
