Im going to try and take a different approach here and ask a few questions.
Do you have any interests? anything hobbies that you have always fancies taking up? a instrument, sport etc What is it?
Do you play computer games? odd question I know but my best friends are people ive met playing online games.
Why do you want to leave your job? do you find it relatively easy? does it pay well enough? Jobs are just a means of paying to live, you don't necessarily have to like them, finding it easy is a bonus.
2 bits of advice,
Have a positive mental attitude pretend to be and you will be its how our brain works, you are in control of how you think and feel, feel sad then watch something funny or do something that cheers you up.
Be yourself everyone is crazy really inside and try to learn to not give a f
k.

I would just like to apologise on behalf of the country for that pathetic display from someone who is so morally and ethically bankrupt that it is embarrassing to share an international dialing code with them "because I was robbed of those 10 years" you say, but the only people robed are those who have contributed to your wasted education, & your support since.
