Well today was my visit. It was quite scary at first but a lad saw me on my own and came and chatted to me. What i found quite strange was that the prisoners where allowed to touch/hug/fondle there girlfriend/wives maybe sisterssmile the guy on the next table and chairs spent most of his time with his hand up his partners skirt...

Felt very sorry for my old friend being locked up but he's made his bed..
I feel sorry for him. Everyone else is getting smelly fingers and he's missing out.
Ill wipe a fish down my thigh so he can have a grope next time smile no skirts though, just shorts.

Mrtwisty

you win the prize. Went to school with him and spent a few years watching football until we all went our separate ways. Met him again at a school reunion about 6 yrs ago. Left me gobsmacked on what he had achieved.
Mind you AFAIU his downfall was the missiles transaction which he put through ebay under his Far Eastern GF account!!
There was a pretty comprehensive write up on the trial in the Telegraph. Often wondered if i should go and visit him. I expect he is out now.
Mind you his legit ops ( or was it?????????) seemed a pretty impressive set up. He had more hardware on hand than some small countries

I knew this recidivist, he was in my primary school class before I moved abroad. Most kids were afraid of him but he was always fine with me. We were once arrangned to fight eachother in an organised after-school scrap, but he didn't show up so I fought his best mate instead hehe

Last time I saw him he was in his teens as he stood on a roundabout wearing a sandwich board proclaiming some of his crimes.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/northern_ireland/458413... - sent down for 10 years

Then within a week of release, did this, and got another six years

His record is as long as your arm.

I know it won't be popular to say this, but looking back to when we were children, he could righly be classed as a victim himself. I really believe he was set on the wrong path before he left the womb

2 Kids from school ended up in prison. One was a high profile case as his father was a TV personality. Crime was sex-related but passive. Tragic as he was a nice kid.

The other organised a boiler room fraud - he was a very bright guy, never imagined he would get into anything dodgy.

A business associate recently went down for fraud. He was a chartered accountant earning >£300K a year, but also a gambling addict. Personality exactly as described by the OP.
