Morning, afternoon and good evening,

Bought something off eBay from Australia and the guy sent it through HK mail.

I have a tracking address but it keeps giving me the Heathrow DC and hasn't moved from there in a month?

There's no letters been sent or a import tax?

What can I do?

Next time I'll make sure we do CEO to CEO through chopper...

I'd open a dispute now. Not sure what the time limit is but I think it's 45 days. Explain to the seller that you're concerned it's become lost in the system and will never emerge.

yeah get the claim set up , dont take any promises that they will send another as they often do to take it past the time limit for claiming a refund

Do you live near Heathrow? I've had loads of stuff from China etc and none of it shows the Heathrow DC on the tracking.

Thanks for the replies!

I stay in Scotland so nowhere near Heathrow. No idea what's happened to it!

I never use eBay so not sure what to do next? I raised a issue? With the seller and mailed him but haven't heard back from him?

If it's been a month then open an "item not received" case, It's harsh on the seller but he has a responsibility to deliver your item.
