I think Bought/Brought must be an English or regional thing.

I'm from Scotland and I've never heard one person mix them up in real life, I was completely baffled when I kept seeing it repeatedly on this forum.

Bought=buy=spend money... Does this word even exist in Jockistan?

People mixing up 'borrow' and 'lend' always makes me curse

"I borrowed him my screwdriver" etc.

Poor grammar is one of my biggest hates!
You missed the incorrect use of 'to' ... wink
Yes, it was all fking intentional due to the nature of the thread and me thinking I'll try and be a bit funny.

You grammar hero.....readit

(Deliberate speeling mistake)
You should see the RS Owners Club forum. Due to the increase in under 25's who've bought the Mk1 / Mk2 Focus RS the last couple of years, you'd be forgiven for thinking that most of them failed to make it past basic primary school education banghead

Haven't been on RSOC for ages.

Stopped going on PF 4 years ago.....moan
Yes RSOC is terrible, hate to say it but just adds to the stereotype of RS owners which is a real shame.

Same as a lot of the Subaru Owners clubs, more so the local ones rather than national ones.
