I'm 40, Lady at work is 25. (I was going to right 'girl at work'?!)

15 years isn't a big deal right? Half your age+7 is also crap. Isn't it?

Not sure I want to do the whole 'small boy' thing again though. My youngest is 13, she has a five year old. Anyway, I doubt it would be something mega serious. And I'm rambling. 15 years difference is doable, right?

3 mates have successful (so far) relationships with way bigger gaps than that, one of them's 50 with a 21 year old partner - not sure if I could carry that off.

No need to breed straight away, give it time see how it goes and fill yer boots thumbup

Firstly, worst I'm 40 and can still pull a 25 year old post ever. hehe

Secondly, I'm jealous, just fking do it. You'll de-mature to her level and she'll love it, and your kids will love it too.

Thirdly all your mates will ask if you've got any dirty photos of her and you'll oblige willingly.

Go for it. A few years ago a mate of mine who was in his forties at the time met a lady who was 21. They are married with a great son now. Best thing that happened to them.

15 years difference is nothing these days.
Just enjoy her to the full.
Bring back the fun years you used to have.

26 years older here.
No problems.
6 years married.
And she wants the baby stuff, which i will happily go along with.

Lovin' every day.

Surely it's not the age gap that you should be worried about here, it's the fact you know her at work.

If it is only a fling/ does go wrong, do you really want the gossips to get hold of it?
Could make life tricky.

Never poo in your own nest and all that.

I scanned your post and read that sentence in isolation. After that confusion your real problem seems insignificant.

As you get older the age gaps become much less talked about .
When you are 70 she will be 55 , will anyone notice ? Probably not .
Fill ya boots as they say , if you are both comfortable with the situation it won't be a problem , the fact you are asking on here for approval would suggest some discomfort for you at least .

The older you get, the less it matters. Obviously if you were 30, then 15 years difference matters quite a lot! As above, when you're 70, 15 years is irrelevant. Only you can know how much it matters to you right now.

Hope it works, but she'll change massively in the coming years whereas he is unlikely to change so much.

For me there's the issue of interest. Does she want to go out every weekend until 7am like most 25 year olds do? (Or was that just our crowd?)

Enjoy.
If it does begin to look like it's getting 'serious', make sure she has space to do the things a twenty-something likes to do, which may not include you. Same for you - I doubt she'll be too keen on kicking tyres and talking BHP vs Torque.
I lasted just over a year with a 20 year age gap. We both had fun but it was never going to last. hehe

With a five-year-old kid? More likely she'll just want to sleep all weekend!

I'm mid 40's fiancé is now 20.

No real issues mainly because she's smoking hot and rather more maturer than me. smile

Got a drinking buddy. He's 75 she's 23.
To be fair they don't speak much!
