so i have been in work since 8:25am (usual time) only thing is since 8:35 this morning i have been running around trying to get something sorted and it's still not done as I have a government / public sector body involved. Google apps is not syncing with the sites devices, it works if they are on an unfiltered internet connection (part time member of staff checked for us this morning).

i have emailed, phoned and logged into various systems to try and get the problem resolved, having been told, it's not them causing the problem it's google (no it's you), it's not them it's virgin (no still you), it's not them it's the manufacturer of the chromebooks and android tablets at fault (no it's you lot! alright!).

so i hadn't even had my normal cup of coffee, having had to deal with 2 irate managers, the lady one burst into tears over this as they have 2 days of people coming into the site and now the videos etc are not working.

I finally get to sit down at my desk just before 12, read up on the thread about last nights GoT episode, and halfway through posting, the top boss walks into my office and I have pistonheads up on the screen.

so for 3 hours I am tied up with 1 issue, calming down tempers, being a shoulder to cry on etc and you take 10 minutes and get caught doing the wrong thing smile

A rant falls flat on its face if it isn't properly spelled or punctuated.

If you are going to be superior, you have to demonstrate that superiority.

He deserves a couple of extra points for not swearing though.
