Very good and accurate if I represented the stereotypical traits of those with a Southern Irish parentage in south Birmingham in the 70's and 80's There were a lot of green and white hooped football shirts around there then, sad but true.

BUT !

Quest are not showing the start live,programme starts at 2.30pm,1/2 hour after kick off in La Sarthe.

Just learned that too.

Oh God! I started a huge argument on another forum by suggesting that! It's a forum predominantly populated by women and they were unbelievably protective of their offspring and subsequent inability to hold their cutlery correctly. If they aren't contacts making her eyes that green, I'm in love. Hell, even if they are contacts.

As for the cutlery, I guess that's just the way it goes these days. I'm pretty sure if I had managed to leave home without knowing how to hold my cutlery correctly and other such polite etiquette my mum would have considered herself a failure. In fact that probably would have been the case if I had got to age ten and still not known it.
