Anyway, this commuting lark isn't so bad. Mostly country roads, no traffic jams, sunny weather, windows down, Def Leppard and Lynyrd Skynyrd on the radio, burbling V8 and home by 5pm smile
You're doing it wrong.

Commuting is supposed to be queues, road rage and general unpleasantness.
Mine is more like CC's and takes in 3 counties along the way. Will soon be much shorter, but still just 15 miles or so of country lanes.

Very seldom use the motorways, every time I do I get caught in queues. But so long as most people think it's quicker to travel between towns on "fast" roads, it's all good...

Traffic hell:

It's been a very MILFy day so far. All the girls have got their summer dresses on, showing off their tans. Our workshop in next to the Radio station, lots of young women there working as Reps. They all seem to drive cream Fiat 500s, matching their blonde locks.

Looks like it's going to be the Beach Bar after work. Still running-in one of the new engines on the sportsboat. Took it out for the first time yesterday, hit about 60/65mph warming it up.

Today I pulled the trigger on this:

No, no, I really did pull the trigger - numerous times as I used it to trim the curtain plinth/header for the bedroom window of daughter's new flat. Probably pop up during next week to fit it to the ceiling.

I've just had pasta with Loyd Grossman's sauce, not sure why I buy it,it's too fancy.

ION my neighbour came round, whilst I was eating the pasta, and asked if I can keep an eye on his house as he's away

next week.

He gave me a big container of Audi screenwash as a thank you,it didn't cost him anything as he works at local

dealer and they were throwing it out as there's a new product out and had to clear the old stuff away.

I like a freebie as much as anyone.
