Morning, CB.

Morning, all.

I have an interview today for a driving job. I can't remember my bit of engineering being so quiet since the last time we had this conversation.

Went to the Everyman cinema in Reigate last night.

They served home made guacamole and toasted pitta bread to take in with wine in real glasses.

Trivial but nice.

Was that a lesser spotted CB that posted just after midnight? I'll make a note in my jotter.

There's a Diablo VT in that colour that lives in our village. There can't be many around.

On annual leave this week but had to do some work this morning and as you do just perused my e-mails lightly. Sent a few responses to some minor queries and now I'm predicting the recipients will be thinking "what a sad fker replying to THAT when he's off" hehe

Good Afternoon.

Todays trivia, I'm driving back from London in a Vel Satis.

Does that make me a bad person?

Just two more slices of Sunday's chocolate cake to go. By heck, it's chocolatey. As I always claim to not be a fan of chocolate cake, but can't get enough of this one, I have to conclude it's chocolate cake made by others I'm not keen on. There were three rounded dessert spoonfuls of cocoa in the cake mix and five in the frosting. Cadburys cocoa powder, I should add.

And lots of butter.

And caster sugar.

Perhaps I have missed my vocation. I should have been a chocolatier.

No, chocolatier.

My tomatoes are refusing to ripen. And that's a shame because it's a reasonable crop this year.
