Here's a question !

Rugby match on now,New Zealand playing AKA The All Blacks.

Do they have an "away" kit,in another colour ?

They should do but the all yellows or all purples doesn't really work.

I think it's white with a fern frond design. I doubt it's often used though, not many colours clash with black.

If they played a team with dark blue kit it might confuse the black n white telly users, assuming there are any left.

I'm not really a rugby fan anyway but I thought I'd ask.

Thanks.

I've culled a handful of threads from my stuff again, down to a manageable 10.

I'd best go to bed I've got work today,in 8 hours.

I'm trying to find excuses to not go to Goodwood on Sunday.

I'll go if it's not dreadful weather I think.

Kinda given up on Breakfast Club these days. Just can't be arsed with the whole "Register your car and hope we deem it worthy - or park in a field" thing. Spoils the spontaneity somewhat.
Anyway, daughter rang earlier and invited me up to hers for dinner and whatnot tomorrow, so Goodwood can sod off.

Plain old standard ordinary DB4 then, 3.7 straight six and 4 speed David Brown cogbox.
The regular ones look so good without bumpers. Very DB4GT-esque.

Morning, today I will be buying a new pair of walking boots.

Because the last ones have holes in them.

And I've had them for 9 years.

Earlier in the week I worked with a guy for best part of a day where I gave him a lift and then he gave me a lift to cars that would otherwise be fairly inaccessible. My Christ, he was funny. I don't think he was intentionally funny, I think he was just one of those hilariously funny people you meet. When he lifted me out of Blackbushe Car Auctions at 7:30 in one morning he told me he'd been up since 3:30. He'd set off from the Wirral with a car bound for Basingstoke.

"Yeah, I had to have coffee on the way down. Yeah, a coffee to keep awake. Well, two. Yeah, I had a double espresso. Two double espressos. Different services. One in each. Yeah. I needed the adrenaline to stay awake."

Gems like this were coming thick and fast and I did my best to remember them. I'll write them down and work them up into something for later on. Him talking about his folding bike nearly did for me.

I was a tad disappointed with the turnout at the last brekkie club I went to.
If it's the same tomorrow I'll give up on them too.

I was happy to get pole position for 'Italian car day" but that one got binned off their calendar....irked

In order to watch a black and white TV now, you'd have to buy a digital tuner and connect it.

I'd imagine that anyone with the wherewithal and resources to do that has probably moved on!
