Put your foot down then!

And yes, it is a Biplane in the sky, though as pointed out, more specifically it is a De Havilland DH89 Dragon Rapide on the downwind leg of an approach into Duxford

Me to. A neighbour near to me has acquired an Alaskan malamute puppy to go with her other now ageing two.

They do make a very pretty scene when walking, but the eldest one of the three seems to have that weary look about her of being in the presence of a puppy that needs to turn it down a smidge from a full on 11.

An incident I've been reading up on:

After the incident, the driver (a man by the name of Roy Steadman) became known to everyone as 'Stacker'...

I ate a piece of home made coffee and walnut cake in the buffet on Bodmin Station as I waited for a bus. The buffet is in the old Signal Box. It's nice.

Bodmin Station - or to be precise - Bodmin Parkway Station is a long way outside Bodmin and the road into town is fast, narrow and has no footpath. I decided a cuppa and a slice of cake was the safer option.

I dropped the Merc in Exeter at 8 or I would have done if the bloke had been there. He turned up at 9:15. What with walking to meet public transport that is a bit scarce round there and the inadequacies of the local infrastructure it took me until 2:30 to get to the Vauxhall dealer in Bodmin where they were reluctant to let me have the car as the office had given me the wrong registration number and wrong release code number.

Another fourteen hour day to move two cars.

Maybe I'm too critical.

Let me know next time you're down this way and we'll go for a drink. Been a while since the last impromptu TT meet.

The gaps in proceedings are unintentional and impossible to predict.

We'll just have to arrange a get together.

The Aston squashed between the Jaguar and the Austin Healey, you say?

And it was your interest in cars that secured you the role of caption writer, no doubt?
