I'm still trying to think of one.

I'll sleep on it.

There was an old chap called Dicky
Who was feeling decidedly icky
When told he must rush
All the way to Blackbushe
To drive a Clio to Ipswich

It's not all bad. There's a Humer Unbeam site near Ingatestone I can investigate on the way.

A person has just come to my attention here at work, whose name is 'Hugo Arsenio' which seems to be Portuguese for 'large bottom'

Is it your shoulder or is it coming from your neck?
IF it is coming from your neck then the drug I am on, Gabapentin is fking marvellous, until I started on it I was in such pain, I didnt sleep for a week, and I had almost no use of my arm at all.

In other news I had my pre op assessment this morning, apart from slightly high blood pressure and the sleep apnoea I am fine!
Sorry for late reply GOG - wasn't ignoring you, Friday just sort of disappeared into a blur of work and pain. From what the doctors/physio tell me the problem is in the shoulder with something causing abnormal amounts of neural tension. I've got some exercises that I do a couple of times a day which have helped quite a bit but every so often I just get too worn down and this results in large amounts of pain in the shoulder and side of the neck and my hand seems to have a lack of circulation resulting in it looking like it belongs in a George Romero film and I lose motion in the fingers. It's generally aggravated by using the computer at a desk (and since I'm a software developer by trade this isn't something I can reasonably avoid).

About the only other thing I've found that makes any real difference is having a massage to reduce the knotting in the shoulder - I'm kinda overdue to get myself booked in to be honest.

With his band, just without that other geezer, he's been touring around here for ages.

I had two mackerel for breakfast this morning.

I've just checked the packaging and the date to be used by was three days ago. I hope they were ok

I've heard of Tenacious D but I couldn't name any of their songs!

I hadn't heard of Kyle Gass though. I recognised his picture on Google but I had no idea of his name
