It was all going so well. I drove a Zafira to Leicester for 8, then walk, bus, walk, bus, walk to a yard near Coventry Airport to pick up a Ka for Leighton Buzzard and then took an Astra from Leighton Buzzard to an Estate Agent in Chiswick. By now it was half past four. Ring! Ring! "We need you to get to Uxbridge by half five. We've checked and if you go now, get a tube from Turnham Green to Ealing Broadway, get a train to West Drayton, a bus to Uxbridge and then walk up past the Malt Shovel, you'll be there for five twenty eight. The train was delayed by fifteen minutes because of signalling problems. I arrived at 5:50. One of the lads had waited. He wasn't happy. He wound the passenger window down. "We checked the cars out. They're over there hidden from the road. Your guv'nor said he was sending a crate of lager. Make sure he does."
Ring! Ring! "Richard? It's Danny. I'll be about an hour and a half."

A work based rant,on a Saturday.....unusual.
Turns out my Epsom delivery was my rescheduled after it was brought back yesterday,they just sent it anyway,hoping someone would be there.
There was but not the right someone.
Idiots.
Anyhoo.
Day was brightened by some spotteds.
Original Lotus Elan,then later a Ferrari 330 GTC,followed by the Lark
McLaren GTR.....
That improved my demeanor.
I don't get the Eeyore joke.
I know who,what Eeyore is.
TLDR post means I don't have to post again till Tuesday.
Anyhoo.
