You see, it's my inability to spot solutions such as this that has been such a terrible handicap to my career.

That and having a brain like a sieve.

So how do you explain the wings falling off if you're so feather light these days? Hmm? Answer me that.

Sounds a bit queer. boxedin

On another note, tried some faggots (made from pork with pork liver, wtf?) - they were chuffing disgusting!

I'll stick to meatballs. cloud9

Spent the best part of half an hour in the bathroom...shaving my stubble off (plus other bits), brushing teeth and finally, showering.

Spent the best part of half a minute trying to corrupt that into something seedy... and then gave up.

How did you break it?

The University's latest attempt to make the wings of their ornithopter flap has again ended in frustration.

As it has since that particular seat of learning was established.

hte - when we were discussing Frank Costin, the Marcos and the Mosquito, were you aware that Costin worked on the design of the Mosquito?

I presume you did. Despite reading his biography (or was it his autobiography?) I had managed to forget and was reminded of it when I read about him in Wikipedia.

I didn't go to bed at 9pm.

Or maybe I'm posting in my sleep.

That'll be a first.

Frank Costin's brother Mike was quite handy with engines .

He knew a bloke called Duckworth.
