I'm channeling my inner DickyC, I've written maybe eight or nine replies to various threads today and then not actually posted them.

I always end up thinking "do I really want to get involved in this discussion?" and the answer usually turns out to be no, I don't. It would be nice if you could reply to something in the knowledge that if someone disagrees with you they'll write a reasonable response. It seems the angry, personal attack, "you're an idiot" kind of response is standard on PH these days. Maybe it always has been.

I find it easier to type out my replies the night before then post them into the appropriate threads later. It saves a lot of time during the day.

It's the handle off the mop! That's where it went.

No wonder this place is in such a pickle.

He's on a public road with his numbers on his car. Very bad form. He would lose his competition licence if he was reported.
