Started working from home full time so needed a more comfortable chair. I now have one of these on its way to me.

Received a message about another job which looks very promising and will mean not working from home for much longer.

Anki overdrive starter pack, two extra cars and the jump. Picking up more track tomorrow.

Haven't got it out yet, but have a feeling other half and kids are going to love it. Not telling the OH how much I've spent though!
I saw that reviewed on Ashens last night.

£350 if you include the two extra cars, crossover and a couple of extra corners.

Jeebus!

I'm an idiot.

Do what I did and fit a Quaife ATB diff. On car that never went near a track. And spent 99% of it's time on the motorway.

That said, it made exiting roundabouts hilariously good fun

Yep...

However did get a tenner voucher so that paid for the bank turn kit. Nipper will no doubt save his pocket money to get some more track, etc.

Really like the way they've ensured backwards compatibility, and the fact that car firmware is easily updated to add features and modes.

Considering I spent a similar amount on scalextric a few years ago, for it to be used the times in a year - due to the space and time needed to setup the track, annoyances maintaining effective conductivity etc. I think this will be much better value.

Love my g-shock, never realised there were expensive and collectible ones. I fear mine is not in that catagories, just as well after the life I've given it.

Whilst it does look very comfortable it doesn't look very conducive to work smile

I had a quick browse and saw some for over a $1000, (I know nothing in watch world) but surprised me for a casio, in my uninformed state.
Mine is a mt-g, so I searched that, casio have this advertising for the new mt-g which made me smile. Basically saying "for men who had an active youth but are now old and sedentary with more money"

Yes cheap in watch circles, high end in the G-Shock world though.

It is fun telling some Michael Kors watch fan boy this 20 year old G-Shock is worth twice to triple what his designer crap one was new.

Just got a nice little gift at work for going above and beyond, i get to spend 350 euros frivolously

Currently debating either an entry level Hi-fi setup, or an xbox one/ps4.
