Uuni 2s pizza oven from a fellow PH'er. Frivolous as Ive used my Weber BBQ once so far this year due to lazyness and making pizzas will require way more effort!

Making pizza isnt that bad, if you have a mixer with dough attachments it isnt all that messy.

Generally less cleanup then from BBQ as well

Those of you thinking of buying pizza ovens should perhaps read this thread first hehe.

Back to frivolous purchases and stuff you don't need, I just watched this review of magnetic USB leads and have decided I need some in my life yes. For those who have phones that don't have wireless charging I like the idea of them for charging one's phone, but the comments about the connector sticking out of the phone all the time are valid, especially with a case, and someone also mentioned that whenever he pulls his phone out of his pocket he has to detach his house keys from it hehe which I can imagine is a tad irritating. I still want some though! smile

Mate of mine bought one of these ovens and borrowed my engine hoist to shift it.

Worked a treat.

I bought a number of these ones a while ago they are a great idea and not bad quality for the money. I wanted a few so that I could leave them in the car home work and on each of my devices hence getting the cheaper ones.

They're find for charging all though they are slower than a proper cable and charge both ways up. Data transfer is hit and miss and when it does work it's only when connected in one orientation. The connector sticking out of the bottom was a pain as I have a large 5.5" phone and it sat just where my finger rested at the base. I filed the adaptor down so that it was smooth so that it sat more flush and didn't dig into my finger. This also meant it was easier to connect.

I have the bulky Voyager collectors edition which takes up a lot of room, tempted to replace it with the new compact version. That would be frivolous.

I like this. Not sure if I'd be able to have it sticking out if the bottom of my phone all the time though.

In a similar vein, we popped in to IKEA the other day and saw their wireless charging jackets that go with their lamps and stuff. I liked the idea, but didn't fancy the extra bulk.

Has anyone plumped for their wireless offering?
