It's a sign that you clicked on the website - Google saw this - remembered it - and is now targeting the ads you see based on what you've clicked.

Plugged in and had a good play, it's really good. Brings back many fond memories!

Unless you are prepared to pay double or more, looks like you will have to wait for the next shipment. My local Game shop reckons there may be some stock before Christmas but couldn't confirm, nor would they take pre-orders.
