Bloody sold out!
There are loads of them for sale, not just that one. I'm sure there will be other deals.

Just ordered 3 from Gearbest for £5. Probably set the house on fire!
Got a link? I have a couple of quid in my GB wallet that needs spending.
My 4 quid Aliexpress led strip and remote arrived today.
Very good indeed

Found a fundamental problem though, it is on all the time, even when the TV is switched off! The wife will be moaning!

On a whim, bought an iPhone SE - didn't need it, current 5S is fine.

Doesn't work with iTunes 12.1, need to upgrade.

Win Vista won't upgrade to anything beyond iTunes 12.1, not compatible

Need new Win OS.

Current computer not suitable for anything beyond Vista, not enough memory and graphics.

Need now to buy new pooter; in the meantime, new iPhone SE languishes in its box, redundant, useless.

Expensive Bolleaux.

Very much dependent on the TV though isn't it. It depends on whether the USB port is always powered or if it is powered off when the TV is.

It's like someone saying that their windows don't go up when they lock their car, and you replying that it's odd because on your car which is a completely different make and model, they do.

(Having said that, I would expect a TV's USB port to be powered off when the TV is in standby and it is indeed unusual if it isn't)

Sure there's not some setting in the TV to control it? Or maybe it's only active on certain ports?

There must be a setting but I can't find it. I've moved it to the tv in the living room now, it turns off with the Pioneer.

Just ordered a GTA look spoiler for my 147 (which is a slow 105hp five door)

You see, i had ordered a can of metalic paint to repair some scratches. Those scratches turned out to be white paint sitting ON the still pretty much perfect intact paint of my car, so 5 minutes with a sponge and some dish soap had it looking good again.

Now i cant let that paint go to waste right? Better order a spoiler to spray-paint and stick on my car then... biggrin

Impending house move has put the kibosh on frivolous purchases for the moment, but this pushes my 'must have' buttons:

We are (hopefully!) moving into a new house soon so we have decided to turn the loft space into a cinema room. It has two velux windows that need blinds. So I found these. biggrin

Finally my 3d printer kit arrived from Gearbest

Now time to try and build it
After a few weeks of pondering, I decided I really had to get one of these.

Seems the first few spools of filament are generally used on printing out the recommended upgrades to the printer itself, LOL!

They have some strange things on that site, look at this:

http://www.gearbest.com/car-decorations/pp_3559.ht...

Plugs to stop the no seatbelt alarm, with plenty of positive reviews

Thanks - I'm getting some of those. Ideal for site work, driving round the site at 10mph,in and out if the car every 30 seconds.

I could spend a fortune on that site, trouble is it all takes ages to get delivered.

No he doesn't, that was the first thing I said to him that he needs a computer whizz kid to knock up a site for him. Think he's just going to autojumbles with them.

He also paints these barrel lids.

Another pair of stools he sent me a picture of, for the ladies hehe
