Funnily enough, I'll be in Toronto in January \o/

Bought them from https://wslackandsons.co.uk/ and it was actually worth the 150 mile round trip to try before buying smile

You bought a colouring book for grown-ups. biggrin

In fairness, it looks like a very cool book if viewed as a book of drawings.

Always wondered how that place makes any money, nobody ever seems to go in.
Now I know why, flogging £700 jackets on the internet.

Does a $2000 torch count?

One of my previous purchases was an Olight X6 Marauder, 5000 Lumens, it's a beast, but it turns out to be surprisingly useful. It is however quite floody and I fancied something with some more throw.

Last night on eBay was a Xenonics Night Hunter II which is a HID flashlight designed for military use. It even comes in its own Peli case.

Bought at a fraction of the new cost.

Today I bought a red Swingline stapler. Mainly because I love the movie Office Space.

That would annoy them, and the results would probably be rather disappointing.

who needs a steadycam? no-one, especially when my GoPro is too old to be compatible, so having put myself down for one of these will need to get a new GoPro too now...

I'm doing the Mongol Rally in 2017, and fancied taking some video during the trip. I do not own a GoPro yet. At least I have plenty of time to get one before that arrives. rolleyes

You know that Tie Pilot I was building? I kind of got distracted......(though it is still coming along very slowly)

This one is definitely for the other half, the fiberglass helmet weighs a ton and the backpack is incredibly heavy. The rangefinder on the helmet works and a little remote in the arm gauntlets fires smoke from the jetpacks. Need a mannequin now to display it on biggrin

He's always loved boba and when this came up, well, had to really. Eight hour round trip to pick it up but worth it. He's like a kid at Christmas tonight.
