No way, I've got one of those that must be 20 years old. Got it when I was a kid at 'the spotty bag shop' in Banff, which is a strange shop that sells absolutely everything. Something is kaput in it and it won't fire but it's such a huge, ott thing pokethepope said:

Glock in the pic even though a library picture is a glock 17 gen 3 BB, there are numerous Glock 17 models out either BB, .177 pellet or dual ammo, blowback, non blowback, non require a licence in England as they're not airsoft guns.
Unless the poster is stateside and it is a real glock.
Trigger is wrong, as is the slide lock. There's an extra cross pin, too. Rear sights look molded in, not drifted. I've built a couple of glocks, this is an airsoft replica.Glock in the pic even though a library picture is a glock 17 gen 3 BB, there are numerous Glock 17 models out either BB, .177 pellet or dual ammo, blowback, non blowback, non require a licence in England as they're not airsoft guns.

I'm thinking of replacing the ad hoc hotch-potch of wifi extenders with UniFi kit (the house has data points pretty much everywhere).
Is it something a complete numpty can configure? Which bits of kit should I look at?
7,500ft2 Georgian house
Three floors - 10 rooms / 4 suites / 2 bedrooms & nanny flat
Plus garage and pool house

I can’t answer the questions on the other thread as it’s over my head, but if you have plenty of data points then you can replace each of those with the in wall APs and then run cable to the wall mount ones if suitable or else use the building to building bridge to the pool house/garage. Once you know how many AP’s you have, size the PoE switch, and add a new router/gateway if you need to.Is it something a complete numpty can configure? Which bits of kit should I look at?

Make sure you have the in wall units next to tv/workstation as they have pass through LAN points so those can be hardwired. The network management is really great, I just don’t use it as I don’t have kids etc sapping my bandwidth.
For purchase, I’d recommend EuroDK. Estonian, they were by far the cheapest when I bought my setup.

Yes, was about 20 years ago. After buying it, I did a bit of research and found there was also a battery powered version. I looked everywhere for one, but no luck.

Mine is in the other room, I think. May take it apart and have a nosey to see if I can fix it. Super striff spring for loading it iirc, was a struggle when I was a young'un. Always annoyed me when you took the extension off, the barrel sticks out by about an inch or so, ruined the look a bit! "Your move, creep."

Stops the heat radiating downwards / scorching anything below (as well as preserving the firepit itself)

Either way, they are all good fun and nice things to use. I'd recommend to any hobbyist that likes plinking. But regardless of airsoft or air gun. Don't bloody wave them about for neighbours or public to see
A few years back I spotted some youths in a car on the A38 passing a gun from the front to the back, so I called it into the Police. It turned out to be an air gun, parents of said youths were apparently mortified when the Police turned up mob handed at the house of the registered vehicles keeper.

Same thing happened to a mate of mine who had an air rifle that looked like an Armourlite. Someone clocked him putting it in his car boot and reported him, his car was stopped on the motorway and he found himself face down on the hard shoulder with plod pointing their guns at his head!Ritchie335is said:

Ground testing it the other day, it did get off the ground over the weekend but scared the carp out of me.
That’s ace, yep, I think it would scare the crap out of me too.Ground testing it the other day, it did get off the ground over the weekend but scared the carp out of me.
My neighbour crashed his into his patio doors and smashed them when he was learning, bits of blades and glass flying everywhere. Not good.
Be careful!

Jackal Hi-Power. It was a side-lever with tap loading and I really wanted one in the 80s. Matlock library had a brilliant air rifle book which described pretty much every modern air rifle with an A4 page sized review and like every other boy who saw one: I wanted it. They were controversial and not particularly common, so I ended up trading my Super Meteor for a Sharps Innova (selected from said book) at the local gun shop.
