That's the one that I always think of...

The other is the Green Day song often referred to as 'Time of your life' but is actually titled "Good Riddance"
From memory this is because it was called "Time of your life (Good Riddance)" on the EU album and vise versa on the US release...

I'm an effigy
A parody of who I appear to be
Put your flaming torches under me

Endless so far in myself, follow me

"Effigy" by Natalie Merchant. Perfect funeral song, imo.

This one I like a lot. Good choice.

Do you want the little '''bing''' at the end as well?

My Uncle , who was a bit of a party organiser , and general nutcase , turning up to parties with spinning bow ties , goofy glasses etc , was sent off to the strains of "Agadoo" the Vicar was a bit wary, but having seen the smiles of the congregation realised the tune was apt and gave positive comments after the send off

For Me , "Honour Him " from the final few minutes of Gladiator , non religious, as am I , but for me very moving ( straight through the curtains biggrin )

Another vote for James Moving on.

I'd also add Positively 4th Street. That might be a bit awkward though.
