I don't have any children yet, so occasionally being disturbed by the cat is as bad as it gets...

But my biggest problem is trying to educate the other half on what 'working from home' actually means.

She thinks it means I could have hoovered and tidied up whilst I was 'at home all day'. I have explained on a couple of occasions that it's just the same as being at my desk in the office, but at my desk at home.

She doesn't get it.

But apart from that, I like a bit of home working smile

They just do not get it, ever. I work from home mostly, and can be in the middle of a conference call and in she comes yapping away - Not a fekking clue!

Oh, and she is a Childminder, think of the fun with that. smile

Well there are some advantages...

We are away for a couple of days and am leaving daft step-lad in charge. He has a problem with rules, truth, standards etc. We know he ignores them. I've just set-up a web cam while he's at work to see just how much he ignores them...

Ah, I have similar. Also includes deciding she wants to go somewhere tomorrow, and I should drive. But dear, I have work to do...........
