People Re quick to dismiss the very many positive things religion has done for mankind, from education of the poor, schools, hospitals, moving people from hunter gathers to organised farming and enclosure of land to care for Lepers, smallpox suffers and others shunned by the community.

There are very many good things both in society and behaviour created by religion. Stupid people always point and say religion started wars, but many of those wars were political, temporal and about power, done in the name of God sure, but not FOR God.

A very big distinction.

Personally I would say the worst made was gunpowder.
