Clocking in!

I've had this occasional insomnia since starting my new job in April. It's not because of work-related stress so much as a frustration that I don't feel like my job is very fulfilling. I've gone into more detail in a different thread in the jobs section if anyone has any advice!

I've exhausted my various YouTube subscriptions and browsed a couple of other forums and now I'm just very bored. 9gag next then I'll try to get to sleep again!!

I have been struggling with sleep for 9 months, as admitted earlier, when it got really bad I would hit the night Nurse to knock me out, it did have the dreaded drowsiness the day after so after researching some of the suggestions mentioned here, I have finally found something that works over the counter.

I would suggest heading to Boots and asking for some Sominex, they work a treat unlike most sleep aids, and trust me I've tried a lot.

Reasonably cheap too, think they were £4 odd for 16....
