I was caught in a blizzard on the M62 around Leeds at 7pm yesterday evening. Sideways 50p sized snowflakes and everywhere white!
I was in that too! And the intense direct sunlight shining right down the road and bouncing off the wet road surface and through the spray. What fun that was. So that's ice, sleet, hail, snow, rain, strong sunshine, mist/fog and thunder heard. All in one day. The Tour de Yorkshire cycle race over the next 3 days might be fun over the hills!
Woke up to about 3 inches in Rossendale and just had a crap drive to work on the M62 to Leeds - crawling along, stop/start for nothing. I'd have not bothered and worked from home but I'd left my laptop at work
I'm going to go back home at lunchtime though - god alone knows what the M62 will be like at 4pm on a bank holiday weekend in the snow.

Well, that was a fairly grim trip in this morning. There's nothing low down, but above 600 feet or so the roads are cobbled with ice and there's a decent covering of snow. Usual number of bellends arriving at junctions at normal speed and wondering why they aren't stopping...
Looks like one of those bellends ended up in your gardenGassing Station | The Lounge | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
