Or was it the idea of a quick office fling for a bit of excitement ?
If it's the latter then I really don't know why you think you've been cut short. She's married with kids *but* made the effort to pick you out in the pub and make the first move Friday evening. She was hardly going to say "I'm married with kids but hell yeah I'm bang up for an office fling", she's expecting you to put some ground work in.
