What does it say about Pistonheads (or maybe Formula1) that the last race got 25 pages whereas a bloke chatting up a woman at work gets 48 pages and counting?
One is a man chasing someone fruitlessly.

The other is the OP.

Years ago a girl at work in a long term relationship with a fella she'd met at a previous workplace fell for a guy she was working with. Dumped previous guy and married the new guy and went on and had children.

A couple of years ago she had a fling with a guy at a new place of work and dumped the husband. They new couple are still together but if I was the latest fella, I'd be worried.
And that's eaaaaaaaaxctly what I mean.
I mean FFS, guys get your foooooking heads screwed on and open your eyes.

I'm sure we all know someone like that and perhaps even have been that person in our youth or Uni years - it's not exactly revelation of the century.

But there (hopefully!) comes a time when you grow up, start enjoying the process a bit more and operate with a bit of class...

47 of those pages are of lonely single fellas telling The Internet how easy they'd have found it to 'nail' said women already.

I did think this might be the case.

I Didn't want to come across as rude or ungrateful, for the wise advice I had been receiving throughout. smile

I'd say 1% of this thread has been serious.
98% of it has been tongue in cheek (fnah fnah)
And the other 1% has been those thinking the previous 98% were serious.

Overall it's been rather amusing reading some of the posts.... Even though most of it was at my expense

What's so "fnah fnah" about that?

3 months after coming out of a 30yr marriage I decided to see what the single life had to offer so I joined a dating (not sex) site...all I can say is WOW.... there really is no need to be single unless you have got something seriously wrong with you... was like a kid in a sweet shop for 6 months or so...been with the new MrsA2244 almost 8yrs now.

OP.... IMO if you want an older woman - join a dating site wink

Because I'd expect a 'bet the OP was hoping his tongue would be rammed into her cheeks by the end of the night" comment. tongue out

I'm in a situation where I need some advice like the OP.

The wife came home with one of her female collegues the other day.

Its not the first time I've met this other lady, but sat next to her I really admired her, more than I have ever done.

The lady has a long time male partner, not a husband and doesn't have any kids, there is some friction between this lovely lady and her partner, looking at seperating.

I was starting to get a stiffy on whilst sat next to her and now I feel i need to tell her how I feel.

HELP PLEASE

Just tell her already...

Or better still show her.

Report back.
