What have you inherited?
I was left a bloody great Georgian cutlery dresser, right down to the ivory handled fish knives. Perfect for a small flat, thanks Nana.
Brother Phil was left the baby Grand Piano, slotted right into his life as a Tree Surgeon.
What other tatt have you been left with?

We inherited my mother in laws estate approx. 4 years ago which enabled us to now live mortgage free as well as purchase a brand new flat to rent out with some money left for a rainy day. We greatly appreciate/respect what we were left with and don't waste a penny (well, maybe a few were wasted) !!
A large pillow for the dog to sleep on, a pair of sheepskin gloves for the dog to have as toys and £500 that I have to spend on the dog!!! If you haven't guessed, my Grandma was more of a dog person than a people person!
btw I did spend the £500 on the dog, he had a lovely break in Wales and was generous enough to take me with him

My (now) ex Mother in Law promised me the grandfather clock she purchased for the downstairs hallway simply because I had previous experience of such things from my side of the family and showed her how to wind/care for it etc.
No idea if her daughter's infidelity now means I'm off the will, only one way to find out I suppose.
I'll be back in a moment, just as soon as I've searched the kitchen knife drawer.
