I can't recall where I read it but i remember something about autopsies of bikers that were killed in bike accidents having a parasite from cats that possibly caused them to take more risks (although you could say that about anyone that gets on a bike)

perhaps these people have that, or maybe they just don't care, that woman had a baby and she just walked past the guy. Looked like 3 muzzle flashes to me.

The report I saw was that it was a replica gun that fired blanks. He did fire some off. He was caught.
