mine-

1) Make loads of money - already made a good start on this as I have a new job starting a week on Monday (which pays much better than my current one, but only a 6 month initial contract)
2) Upgrade my toy car - i'm really fancying a Grinnall Scorpion at the moment.
3) Survive getting married (end of May)
4) Get fitter, cycle more, join (and actually go to) the gym- (or use the one at my new work)

Reading this thread back, a lot of the entries so far seem to be professional goals, rather than personal. Are the two really inseparable for most, or did they simply not read the thread title properly?

Good point, LD.

My wish is largely to repeat last year; which is to say improving my fitness to do a triathlon, continue travelling incessantly, but mostly to watch FappyFool develop as a violent company director. Clown.

Got a bit of weight to lose, around a stone, already working on that but any efforts at the gym are being counteracted by a bit too much booze and grub!

Been talking about a cycle challenge from London to Paris with a few mates - that would be a decent achievement also, but I'm pretty tight on my remaining holiday allowance so time off may be a bind.

Get the f'ing kitchen finished because it's a bomb site and it's getting to me now, still gotta do some plastering (will pay someone, as it needs doing right hehe) and tiling/decorating, plus the floor to put down.

- work smarter, not harder, at work (fewer hours)

1, Get the 1050 powered Daytona finished, I mean properly finished with a quickshifter, the USD front end, a digital dash, fueling sorted and maybe fit the 'hot' camshafts.

2, Resist the temptation to buy a GSX-R1100

3, Don't spend money I can't afford on either an F1 or Magnum IV frame kit for the above.

Less work time, more private time.

Get my minibike projects started, and finished (well there goes private time again)

Less but better paid weekend jobs.

Lay off the sugary softdrinks or my minibike won´t reach 80mph.

To help my dad get back walking, riding a motorbike and driving a car after having his right foot amputated following an 'accident' at work last month.

I also want to start giving more of my time to charity and focus less on earning more and more money.

Get a girlfriend. This has been my primary goal since about August and I'm pleased with my dating progress and increased social interaction with females so far.

Everything else in my life is going well, hence a relationship will be a nice bonus on top.

Live a life worth living.

Break Sub3 for a marathon
Break Sub5 for 100m bike race

Help my kids learn and grow
Be a good dad
Be a good man

Less money, more time
Enjoy life and what I have

Maybe I will have enough to buy a Ferrari, maybe I will have enough balls to jack in the rat race and start doing what I want - building a charity.

Life is for living not looking at a bank balance.
