People with restless leg syndrome. In the dentist's waiting room the other day there was a chap drumming his heel against the floor. I had to go and wait in the corridor because it was annoying me so much.

Also strimmer wire not spooling out, so you have to stop, take off safety gear, disassemble strimmer cartridge, get wire in correct positions, curse when it fights back, finally reassemble, put the safety gear back on, start strimmer. Wait ten minutes and repeat.
